Harold Wayne Todd

January 22, 1951 ~ August 29, 2018 (age 67)

Harold Wayne Todd of Ellettsville passed away at Bloomington Hospice House on Wednesday, August 29, 2018.  He was 67.

Born in Bedford, Indiana on January 22, 1951 he was one of fifteen children born to Logan and Izolla (Hawkins) Todd.  Wayne was married to Cheryl Ann Todd who passed on May 17, 2017. He worked at RCA and GE in assembly.  Wayne proudly served in the Indiana National Guard for nearly 22 years as a Sargant. He was an avid sports fan and always watched his grandchildren play in their sports team.  Wayne enjoyed competing in horseshoes, corn hole, golfing, and playing pool.  He mushroom and ginseng hunted until his health didn’t allow him to continue.  Wayne loved his family and made it a point to deliver donuts and sweet tea every weekend to his grandchildren. He was a member of the Bloomington Moose Lodge #1081 and the Bloomington Eagles Lodge #1085.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Cheryl Ann, and six brothers, and five sisters.

Wayne is survived by his children, Joey Clouse of Bloomington, Audi Ann Baer of Bedford, Ron Clouse (Kim) of Spencer, Uriah Clouse of Hendersonville, N.C., Ashley Clouse (Amy) of Hendersonville, N.C., and Daniel Clouse (Angie) of Brownstown; loving companion, Kay Bastin of Bloomington; twenty grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; siblings, Alfred Todd (Phyllis) of Greencastle, Elmer Todd (Susan) of Springville, and Sharon Arthur of Smithville.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Chandler Funeral Home in Ellettsville at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Steve Von Bokern officiating.  Burial is to follow at Chambersville Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 2-6 and then again Tuesday from 11:00 until time of services at the funeral home.
